Reed HR are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client in Cobham on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, building trust, and helping teams do their best work.
About the Role
You’ll be the main point of contact for your client groups, offering both day-to-day support and longer-term guidance. The role is hands-on but also gives you the chance to contribute to wider people initiatives and help shape how we work.
Responsibilities:
* Working with managers to support all aspects of people management
* Handling more complex employee relations issues with confidence
* Supporting restructures, change programmes and workforce planning
* Helping to drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion activities
* Using data and insights to guide decisions and spot opportunities
* Advising on talent, development and succession planning
* Reviewing and improving policies and processes where needed
Requirements:
* Experience as an HR Business Partner, or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step into a bigger role
* Strong ER experience and the confidence to guide managers through tricky situations
* Someone who builds relationships easily and works well with different personalities
* A practical, solutions-focused approach
* Comfortable working independently, with a good balance of office and home working
* CIPD qualified or working towards it (or equivalent experience)
