We are currently partnering with a global commercial business to attract a Reward Partner. Working as part of a wider Reward Team, you will be focusing on compensation and benefits across the UK and Ireland. This is a pivotal role that will support the development and delivery of reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation and benefits programs.
* Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert advice on reward matters, including benchmarking, pay structures, and incentive schemes.
* Manage annual reward cycles including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits renewals.
* Conduct market analysis and internal data reviews to ensure competitiveness and equity.
* Support the development of reward policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Provide insights and reporting to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
