£45,000 basic, £16,230 bonus plus company car, pension, life assurance, single health care, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals
* Ensure high levels of customer service and achieve top CSI scores for the dealership
* Implement compliance and maintain manufacturer standards and obligations to customers, ensuring trust and integrity
* Provide fair financial advice and services to customers, adhering to FCA regulations
* Maintain a well-presented dealership, manage the site’s stock effectively to create a lasting impression
Qualifications
* Inspirational leadership skills; ability to motivate a team, collaborate and exceed targets, maximize profitability and achieve highest standards
* Strong sales background in the automotive industry with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, creating lasting positive experiences
* Flexibility and teamwork, working collaboratively with Telesales and Retention teams
* Commitment to fairness, continuous learning, and operating successfully within a regulated environment
