What We’re Looking For
You’ll be the creative engine behind our campaigns, crafting assets that grab attention and elevate our clients’ digital presence.
* Design high-performing paid social ads that drive engagement and conversions
* Create visuals that showcase products, services, and offers with clarity and impact
* Collaborate with media buyers and marketing teams to bring campaign concepts to life
* Translate data insights and creative briefs into visuals that perform
* Keep up with design trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats
* Ensure every design is on-brand, consistent, and ready to perform in-market
You’ll bring
* 3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or client-side)
* A strong portfolio showcasing paid social or digital campaign work
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar)
* A creative mindset backed by commercial awareness — you design with intent
* Great attention to detail and a solid understanding of layout, colour, and typography
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* A curiosity for testing, learning, and improving creative performance
* (Experience designing for automotive or finance brands is a big advantage, but not essential.)
