Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Paralegal
A full service, Legal 500 law firm with a friendly culture is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their high performing property department in Chester.
Salary - £25,000 - £27,000

The Role
* Support the Solicitor/Fee Earner with Freehold, Leasehold, Sale, Purchase and New Build Files
* Deal with Post Completion duties
* Open and Close files for the fee earner
* Deal with and respond to enquiries
The Candidate
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a conveyancing assistant
* Knowledge of the conveyancing process is essential
* Exposure assisting on Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases transactions
* Possess excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Ability to commute to the office
