Are you driven by high standards in care? We're seeking a Quality & Compliance Field Professional to champion best practice across supported living, residential, respite and day services in the Black Country area .
In this vital role, you'll:
Conduct internal audits (CQC, medication, H&S, safeguarding) Lead on incident investigations and risk assessments Monitor compliance with MAR sheets, care plans, and training records Deputise for site managers and liaise with external professionals Promote a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement
What you'll bring:
Experience in learning disabilities, mental health or complex behaviour settings. Supervisory background and strong IT skills. A car and flexibility to travel across services. A respectful, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
