Customer Service/Admin Representative
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service/Admin Representative to join our well-established Manchester based fashion brand, The Couture Club.

Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Services includes -
* Supporting with customer queries via email and live chat - ensuring that we stay within our 48-hour response times and SLA's
* Dealing with UK and International customer queries via:
* Email (Freshdeak)
* Live Chat (Freshdesk)
* Contacting customers regarding returns and exchanges. Also liaising with customers to complete our returns portal.
* Liaising with the warehouse team (order & return related)
* Occasionally Inspecting faulty items alongside the warehouse team
* Logging any discrepancies and findings on excel and the order system (Shopify)
* Raising enquires and investigations with courier companies via email (DPD, Royal Mail, EVRI, DHL)
* Customer service administration and recording on Excel
* Highlighting stock faults to our Design team
Supporting our Wholesale team includes -
* General admin
* Typing up document
* Creating invoices
* Product Uploads
* Checking PO's
Full training will be provided for the above
Key skills required:
* Preferred Customer Service experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
* Acts with professionalism
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Organisational and time management skills
* Enthusiastic & energetic
* Excellent attention to detail
* Adaptable and a willingness to learn and grow within our exciting team
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Experience on Freshdesk and Shopify desirable but not essential

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
