The restaurant is an intimate, vibrant space inspired by the rich culinary cultures of Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Levant. From counter seating at the heart of the action to an elegant dining room and lively terrace, every corner contributes to a dynamic and engaging atmosphere that continues to define its place in London’s dining scene.
As General Manager, you will sit at the centre of this experience—setting the tone, nurturing talent, and ensuring every service feels seamless, generous, and memorable.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and takes pride in building strong, motivated teams.
You will be:
* An inspiring leader who leads from the front, fostering an inclusive, respectful, and ambitious culture where people feel supported to do their best work
* A natural host with a genuine passion for guest experience—confident on the floor and skilled at building lasting relationships with both regulars and new guests
* Commercially astute, with a strong grasp of budgets, forecasting, and profitability, balancing creativity with operational discipline
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring excellence across compliance, food safety, health & safety, and licensing
* Experienced and forward-thinking, with a proven track record at General Manager or senior leadership level within a high-quality, high-energy hospitality environment
