Job Description
Primary schools across Southport are looking for an enthusiastic KS1 Class Teacher for the summer term, with the option for the role to become permanent. Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering effective KS1 lessons
* Assessing pupil progress and supporting individual needs
* Creating a positive learning environment that promotes independence
* Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team
* Supporting school policies, behaviour expectations, and inclusion
* Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
Requirements
* QTS and experience teaching KS1 pupils
* Strong curriculum knowledge and planning skills
* Ability to differentiate lessons effectively
* Confident classroom management
* Commitment to raising pupil achievement
