Location: Covering Birmingham, Worcester, Coventry, Leicester, and Northampton

The Role
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultant customers to ensure Daikin is specified in their projects.
* Sales Growth: Maximise sales opportunities and achieve agreed targets through face‑to‑face and virtual customer visits.
* Specification Development: Collaborate with Pre‑Sales teams to deliver high‑quality project specifications and expand Daikin’s product range.
* Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for consultant firms, providing technical expertise and guidance.
* Pipeline Management: Own and manage project pipelines, track progress in CRM, and ensure accurate reporting.
* Training & Upskilling: Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to enhance customer knowledge of Daikin products and industry legislation.

About You
* HVAC experience
* Previous experience as a Consultant Development Manager
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong external sales experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised, self‑driven, and confident in building relationships
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and close deals
* Good computer literacy and CRM experience
