Responsibilities
Design & Implementation
* Deploy and maintain IT and OT infrastructure solutions to support business and manufacturing operations.
* Design and implement resilient networks, server environments, and cloud-based solutions.
* Support/ Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
* Evaluate and integrate new technologies to drive efficiency and security improvements.
Business-as-Usual (BAU) Support
* Provide 3rd-line support for complex technical issues across IT and OT systems.
* Ensure maximum uptime of critical business and manufacturing systems.
* Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot networks, servers, and security appliances.
* Maintain strong disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
* Utilise the service management tool (e.g. ServiceNow) to record, update, and manage incidents.
Security, Compliance & OT Considerations
* Implement and maintain GxP-compliant IT infrastructure within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
* Ensure CFR Part 11 and data integrity requirements are met across all IT/OT systems.
* Implement cybersecurity best practices, including network segmentation, vulnerability patching, and Zero Trust principles.

* Strong understanding of VMware vSphere 8+ / ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V
