Location: S45 9 Working Hours: Monday to Friday on rotating AM/PM shifts Weekly hours confirmed every Monday – flexibility is essential Pay Rates: Before 12 weeks: Standard: £12.50 to £17.30 per hour Overtime: £18.75 to £25.00 per hour After 12 weeks: Standard: £12.86 to £18.08 per hour Overtime: £19.29 to £25.70 per hour Key Responsibilities: TIG welding and linishing components for the white paint plant area Working on assembly lines and operating machinery Organising and storing weekly shipments Replenishing picking zones from overstock Conducting stock takes and pick/pack tasks Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Meeting daily KPIs for production and dispatch Following all health & safety and company procedures What We’re Looking For: TIG welding and linishing experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Why Join Us?
