Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a critical leadership role with responsibility for the global finance function. You will play a key role in strengthening financial controls, driving best-in-class processes, and delivering high-quality reporting to support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
This is a broad and high-impact role, combining technical excellence, leadership of international teams, and close partnership with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop an international finance team across multiple regions
* Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, representing Finance at a strategic level
* Own and enhance financial governance, controls, and policy frameworks across the group
* Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, and management of external advisors
* Deliver timely and accurate group consolidations, including monthly reporting and forecasting
* Lead treasury activities, including cashflow management and oversight of foreign exchange exposure
* Oversee tax compliance and planning across multiple jurisdictions
* Manage banking relationships and support funding and liquidity strategies
* Partner with FP&A to deliver the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
* Ensure balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, provisions, and risk management
* Lead on regulatory compliance and key business-wide renewals
* Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and controls
What We’re Looking For:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with ideally a practice background
* Proven experience leading and developing global finance teams
* Strong technical expertise across group reporting, audit, and financial controls
* Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth or private equity-backed environment
* A proactive and assertive approach, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Demonstrable experience improving systems, processes, and controls at scale
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting at board level
* Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability
