We are looking for compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting clients in their own homes to live independently, safely, and with dignity.
This is a truly rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your support has a direct, positive impact on someone’s quality of life.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assisting with mobility and safe transfers (including hoists where required)
* Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
* Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Carrying out light household duties (cleaning, laundry)
* Encouraging independence and involvement in daily activities
* Following care plans and reporting any changes in wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
* A genuine passion for caring for others
* Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy individuals
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid by us)
