What you’ll be doing
* Delivering BREEAM New Construction assessments from design to certification
* Producing high-quality reports and supporting planning submissions
* Supporting wider sustainability work including LCA, LCC, and dynamic modelling
* Engaging with evolving frameworks such as LEED, WELL and Fitwel
What we want from you
* BREEAM Assessor/AP (or willingness to qualify)
* Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and building regs
* Experience with One Click LCA and sustainability assessments
