My client, with a head office just outside Christchurch, is one of the South-West's largest real estate and property management companies. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant.
Job Description
Part-Time Accounts Assistant:
* Weekly bank reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Inter-company transactions
* Posting receipts/rent receipts
* Setting up bank payments
* Assisting with the smooth running of the Operations finance department
* General finance administration
The Successful Applicant
* Reconciliation experience
* Working knowledge of Excel
* Good understanding of accounting/bookkeeping
* AAT qualification would be advantageous
* Experience in a group entity
* Use of Qube would be advantageous
* Driving license with access to a car due to location
