Sales & Project Coordinator My client is one of the largest suppliers of temporary structures to the events Industry. Installing Staging and temporary structures to all major festivals and tours in both the UK and Europe. They have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join their Sales & Projects team, the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and be a good team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities This role requires a bright, flexible and enthusiastic individual who will be pivotal in the smooth running of the sales department along with the smooth running of a project. Confident in sales related administration, you will ensure we maintain a quality service for our customers. You will be expected to assist other members of staff and departments as and when required. The Role Assisting the smooth running of the sales team by: * Processing sales enquiries & sending quotes * Taking enquiries over the telephone and email * Assisting with researching and gathering information online and in-house * Producing quotations and supporting information * Following up enquiries on the telephone and by email * All other sales related administration * Securing multiyear deals Assisting the Sales & Projects Team with live events: * Producing job files and other documentation * Ordering items required on site - Liaising with Crew on site * Requesting design and calcs * Preparing RAMS * Collating all Drawings and Health & Safety Information prior to the project starting * Agreeing additional work with clients * Ensuring the Project stays within budget * Booking Accommodation and any travel requirements * Booking all necessary plant required. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Events Requirements * Strong customer service skills, organisation and time management skills. * Strong accuracy, good numeracy and attention to detail for precise data entry * Excellent telephone manner * Good working knowledge of computers, Excel, and Microsoft Office software. * Ability to work on their own as well as part of the team, create own deadlines and manage own workload.
