Minimum starting salary
£27,723.87 per annum.
Weekly Working Hours
Annualised hours, operating Monday to Saturday with shifts ranging from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance). About 40 hours a week.
Required Licence
A full UK Manual Driving Licence (required).
Start dates
From January 2026.
Job Description
As a Technician, you’ll either be based in one of our branches or out in a fully equipped van. Every day, you’ll help customers get back on the road, repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also offer them value‑added products such as wipers and rain repel.

Our Technicians come from diverse backgrounds including retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles and the motor industry. If you have good customer service and sales skills, a full UK Manual driving licence and the right to work in the UK, we’ll teach you the rest.
