Job Description: We are thrilled to invite applications for the position of Early Years Enthusiast with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our EYFS department, you will have the opportunity to inspire and ignite a love for learning in our youngest learners through engaging and enriching experiences. Responsibilities: Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Plan and deliver creative and play-based activities that promote curiosity, exploration, and discovery. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative learning community. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing tailored support and feedback to facilitate their development. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a balanced and developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all learners. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage is desirable but not essential. Deep understanding of child development and effective pedagogical approaches in the EYFS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire young children. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
