What Were Looking For: Leadership & Coaching: Youll need proven experience in leading, motivating, and managing a large team, as well as developing individuals to reach their full potential.
Customer Focused: A track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Organisational Skills: The ability to manage workloads, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines, even under pressure.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with systems such as Axapta, On-Guard, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the hire industry will be beneficial, but we also offer all the training you need to succeed.
