PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Please note: While BBC Studios offers 26 days of annual leave, Studioworks provides 25 days. Other benefits may also vary slightly between the two entities

BBC Studioworks Ltd is a commercial arm of the BBC, delivering world-class studio facilities, post-production services, and related services to the market. It works with production companies and broadcasters to create and edit content for a variety of channels and broadcasters - including the BBC's EastEnders and Strictly Come Dancing, to Pointless and ITV's The Chase.
The company's main studios are based in Borehamwood/Elstree and Television Centre in Shepherd's Bush, London. It also operates a studio in Kelvin Hall, Glasgow, which launched in 2022. Most recently, BBC Studioworks is expanding to Digbeth, taking on the management of Digbeth Loc. Studios, an exciting new studio facility dedicated to film and television drama productions.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Studio Facilities Coordinator supports the daily operations of our newly launched Digbeth site, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Studio Facilities Manager, the role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining high service standards, and adapting to flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. With major TV dramas filming on site, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of production activity.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
* Support daily operations of the facilities office, resolving client issues promptly.
* Administer health and safety procedures, including permits and risk documentation.
* Coordinate client requests for site use, including filming, logistics, and access.
* Manage third-party suppliers for maintenance and statutory testing.
* Oversee refurbishments, office moves, and soft service contracts (e.g. cleaning, security).
* Handle financial admin tasks such as processing POs and invoices.
* Assist with reception duties and site logistics, including furniture and equipment moves.

Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in TV/Film/Production industry
* Strong Excel skills for financial data processing and record-keeping
* Proven background in customer service within demanding environments
* Familiarity with health & safety regulations, including risk assessments
* Ability to manage complex workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, hands-on team player with a flexible and professional approach
Desired But Not Required
* Technical knowledge of building services
* IOSH Managing Safely Qualification
