* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Skills
* Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability in team management.
* Background in restaurant or hospitality settings, with culinary experience being highly advantageous.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Experience as a barista or knowledge of beverage preparation is a plus.
