Location: Pensnett About the Role: Fenner Fast Build gearbox assembly Picking of components, assembly and testing of Fenner gearboxes and geared motors Assembly and testing of serial OEM gearbox products Spray painting and packaging of finished goods Stock checking and management of stock locations Working to tight deadlines and within required quality standards Decipher OEM drawings, tolerances and spare parts identification To continue to encourage participation, innovation & creativity to improve the working environment Hours of Work: Mon – Fri – 08:30 – 16:30 40 hours per week 30 min break Key Skills, Experience & Requirements: Experience in a fast-paced workshop environment Background in electromechanical engineering Engineering qualification preferred but not essential Qualifications in counterbalance FLT and mechanical handling equipment including overhead cranes preferred Ability to work unassisted and solo when required, whilst maintaining good team ethics Understanding of detailed measurement techniques and working to tolerances High level of health & safety awareness in the workplace on customer sites Flexible attitude to learn new skills and functions within the team & role What's in it for you?
