Regional Growth Director – North East England
Duval Associates Ltd – Permanent Recruitment Specialists are hiring a passionate and strategic sales leader to drive regional growth across the North East of England. This fast‑paced, senior SaaS sales role will focus on building relationships with public sector stakeholders, creating new revenue opportunities, and positioning the company as a key partner for digital transformation initiatives.
Base pay range
£80,000 – £90,000 Base (Negotiable), double OTE – Commission and package to be discussed.
What you will do
* regional strategy to engage public sector and strategic partners across local government, healthcare, education, and transport hubs.
* Lead initiatives that address societal challenges around digital inclusion, data accessibility, and regional economic development.
* Establish and nurture senior relationships with civic leaders, councils, and key public sector stakeholders.
* Drive new revenue generation opportunities through a consultative, partnership‑led approach.
* Represent the company at events and forums.
Qualifications
* Senior experience in SaaS sales, business development or account management.
* Proven track record of building and growing relationships with public sector clients.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to close large enterprise deals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable with data‑driven decision making and agile working environments.
* Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
