5. Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and waste reduction.
6. Promote a safe working environment and enforce H&S protocols.
7. Oversee equipment maintenance and minimize downtime.
8. Report on performance metrics and support leadership decision-making.
People Profile:
9. Proven experience in production management or senior supervisory roles within food manufacturing or similar sectors.
10. Strong leadership skills with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
11. Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and health & safety compliance.
12. Analytical thinker with the ability to use production data to drive improvements.
13. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
14. Highly organized with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
15. Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and change management.
16. Proficiency in production planning systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
