Overview
We’re looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our high performing team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the business and grow your sales career in a highly desirable industry. Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you’ll provide solutions to our partners in BelfastLive and across our wider digital portfolio, and will build relationships with partners through regular contact and networking. You’ll partner closely with teams including Client Strategy, Marketing and Editorial to identify potential partnerships, create and generate innovative ideas and deliver campaigns.
You’ll use your experience in sales and a proactive mindset to identify ideas and solutions to target potential and existing business for sponsorships and partnerships, and will learn all about our digital products and AI solutions to confidently engage with our customers. You’ll be the go‑to for many of our key clients, and you can expect to research, plan and produce business proposals and conduct market research to further opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Provide solutions to partners in BelfastLive and across Reach’s wider digital portfolio.
* Build and manage relationships with partners through regular contact and networking.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Client Strategy, Marketing, Editorial) to identify potential partnerships and deliver campaigns.
* Identify ideas and solutions for sponsorships and partnerships; learn Reach’s digital products and AI solutions to engage customers confidently.
* Research, plan and produce business proposals; conduct market research to uncover further opportunities.
What you need to succeed
* Experienced sales person with demonstrable experience in Business Development and Account Management.
* Ideally from a digital/advertising background, but open to proactive, creative sales experience from other industries.
* Strong presentation, organisation, written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with ability to prioritise projects.
* Willingness to learn new skills and systems, including internal booking, campaign delivery and audience analysis systems.
