Location: North Wales (hybrid)Contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:30Salary: £24,638 - £25,709
About the Role
We're looking for a Trainee Assessor to support apprenticeship learners in Health & Social Care. You'll provide structured guidance, assess workplace evidence, and help learners achieve their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey
* Travel to workplaces across the region for assessments
* Create Individual Learning Plans and track progress
* Maintain accurate records for compliance
* Contribute to performance targets and learner success
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Level 3 qualification in health and social care (adults)
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* DBS check (cost covered)
Desirable:
* Welsh language skills
* Teaching/assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
* EWC registration or prior training experience
