Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers and support staff
Oversee maintenance contracts, commissioning projects, and service delivery
Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and operational efficiency
Build strong client relationships and deliver technical solutions
Contribute to strategic decisions as part of the senior management teamWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing service/commissioning teams (10+ engineers) is essential
Strong BEMS technical knowledge and experience is essential
Commercial acumen and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
