Salary: £49,000 - £60,000
Title: Production Shift Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Responsibilities
* You will lead and manage the shift team across a manufacturing line to ensure production targets are met and efficiencies are monitored
* Lead on continuous improvement activities within production to reduce costs whilst maintaining safety and legal compliance
* Implement short to medium term operational decisions on your production line ensuring that production is running smoothly without any issues
* Work with the production line workers to provide coaching, training and mentorship where needed
Skills & Experience
* Experience working within production supervision in a manufacturing environment to include FMCG, food, beverages and packaging industries
* Experience of working in a lean operating environment
* Ideally have your IOSH certification
This is a full time permanent role paying £49,000 - £60,000.
Shift Details
8 hour shifts alternating between 3 patterns:
* 7am – 3pm
* 3pm – 11pm
* 11pm – 7am
