In this role, you'll be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from design, to prototype and testing, liaising with production for final release. This is a chance to make your mark, collaborating with a talented team as the continue their success on a global scale.

💷Salary: Up to £54,000 per annum
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of advanced test tools for global clients
* Contribute across the full product lifecycle: from initial design and prototyping to validation and production handover
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable products
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
* Help shape and evolve the future direction of the hardware development team
* Play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the hardware development function
About You:
* Solid experience in developing hardware products, including circuit design and schematic creation
* Product lifecycle experience, an understanding of what it takes to design and create a robust product for market
* PCB layout skills
* Mentorship/coaching capabilities
