Operations Manager – Travel & Luxury Experiences
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum + performance bonus + benefits

About The Brand
Our client is a high-end boutique luxury concierge & experience company, curating world-class travel, dining, and entertainment for an elite global clientele. From bespoke getaways and Michelin-starred dining to courtside seats and VIP hospitality, crafting unforgettable moments for those who expect the extraordinary.
Due to their on-going development, they are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of their small reservations, client service and event support operations team. The role would particularly suit someone who has progressed through a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, OTA, Concierge or Events environment, developed strong reservations expertise and moved into team leadership.
The Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of the brand's experiences once a client engagement has been secured. You will manage the team and oversee the bookings, client service and fulfilment process across travel, hospitality and experience prizes.
The role combines reservations leadership, supplier coordination, operational management and team oversight, ensuring travel itineraries and experiences are delivered accurately and efficiently. The role will also coordinate operational support at selected fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the small team, overseeing reservations and fulfilment activity
• Oversee bookings across hotels, flights, hospitality and experience suppliers
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure confirmations and documentation are accurate
• Act as the escalation point for complex bookings and service matters
• Monitor operational performance and service standards across the team
• Ensure prize fulfilment and post-event client bookings are completed efficiently
• Support operational planning for fundraising events
• Coordinate external agency staff supporting delivery at fundraising events
Now Let’s Talk About You
• 4+ years’ Team Leader/Supervisory/Management experience in Travel, Concierge, Event or Hospitality managing reservations, client service or an operations team
• Strong understanding of booking processes, supplier management and client delivery
• Calm under pressure and solutions oriented, highly organised and detail focused
• Professional and client-focused, possessing strong communication and coordination skills
