The Role and School
Are you a Secondary Supply Teacher looking to take control of your schedule while making a meaningful impact? We are seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a range of secondary schools across Bournemouth and nearby areas.
Whether you're seeking consistent full-time work, part-time flexibility, or occasional daily cover, we’d love to hear from you.
You'll deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach in various schools and subjects. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to gain valuable experience and grow their confidence in diverse classroom settings.
Requirements
The desired Supply Teacher will have:
1. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
2. A degree or equivalent qualification
3. Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils (KS3/KS4)
4. A genuine passion for the progress and development of young learners
5. The ability to work well within a team and adapt to different environments
