Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum (3 Months)

Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a varied, high-quality caseload. The role involves handling all aspects of commercial property transactions, advising a broad range of clients, and contributing to the success of a collaborative legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage acquisitions, disposals, and financing of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
* Handle all Landlord and Tenant matters, including drafting, negotiating, and renewals.
* Advise on secured lending and property finance, preparing and reviewing relevant documentation.
* Independently manage a busy caseload, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
* Provide clear, practical advice to clients and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
* Draft contracts, identify risks, and manage billing and fund disbursements in line with policy.
* Support junior colleagues and contribute to continuous service improvement.
