* Proven experience as a Practice Accountant, with a strong background in audit, accounts preparation, and corporation tax
* Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
* Excellent knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
* Ability to lead audit engagements and work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and client management skills
* Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
