Role Highlights: As a Depot Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our operations. You'll manage the day-to-day activities of our National Distribution Centre, spearheading the implementation of LEAN principles to enhance efficiency and achieve functional objectives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a first-class customer experience, and you will play a key part in the implementation of a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). This position will be an ideal opportunity for a positive, organised individual with the ability to motivate a team, maximize process efficiency and productivity and implement new systems and procedures to enable continued growth. Managing all activities of the warehouse & logistics facility with an annual volume throughput upwards of 6 million litres / 15m. Responsible for management & development of the warehouse & logistics team, ensuring accountability at all levels towards achieving business goals and personal targets.
