As a Reception Supervisor, youll be the welcoming face of our reception team responsible for ensuring service is delivered to a high standard and the reception desk is running smoothly. You must be able to work 5 over 7 shifts which range from 7.00am - 3.00pm to 3.00pm - 11.00pm. Weekend work is essential.
About The Role:
Oversee and coordinate all front desk operations, acting as the main link between guests and other departments
Ensure every guest receives a positive first impression and consistently high service standards
Supervise and support the reception team to maintain excellent performance
Ensure the team has up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, promotions, and daily VIP or special events
Maximise sales revenue by identifying and driving up-selling opportunities
Manage guest requests efficiently and professionally
Consistently exceed guest expectations to enhance the overall guest experience
About you:
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Be a team player
Have the ability to work calmly under pressure
Have a vibrant personality
Have at least 2 years experience in hotel front desk
Be passionate about delivering excellent service and bringing fresh ideas to the team
Organised and dependable
Have cash handling experience and be proficient and confident when balancing shift
