Service Advisor Vacancy – Camden, London!
1. Up to £35,000 Basic Salary plus bonus
2. Monday To Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm / Saturday Morning rota
3. Rapidly Expanding Independent Garage
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client’s busy Independent Garage in the Camden, London area.
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
4. Up to £35,000 Basic Salary plus bonus.
5. Monday To Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm/ Saturday Morning’s on rota
6. Highly Performing Independent Garage
7. 28 Days Annual Leave
8. In-house Ongoing Training
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
9. Customer-focused – first point of contact
10. Dealing with all customer requirements
11. Booking in services, MOTs, and repairs
12. Working as part of a team
13. Completing any administrative duties required
14. Strong communication skills, as you will be the main contact for all transactions while a customer's vehicle is in the workshop.
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
15. Previous experience within the trade
16. Full UK Driving Licence
17. The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
18. Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
19. Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
20. An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
