Responsibilities
* Lead engaging and dynamic music lessons for students at various levels of proficiency.
* Develop comprehensive music curriculum and lesson plans that align with national standards.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
* Organize and lead extracurricular music activities, such as choirs, bands, or orchestras.
* Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting creativity and self-expression.
* Stay updated with new music educational practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
* Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience teaching music in a primary or secondary school setting.
* Excellent command of music theory, instrumental techniques, and vocal training.
* Strong ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational and time-management skills to maintain a well-structured music program.
