A Vacancy at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Specialist Cancer Pharmacist to lead the development and delivery of a brand-new Ambulatory Cancer Care Pharmacy Service within the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre (BHOC). This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Senior Pharmacist who is passionate about service innovation and patient‑centred care.
The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and shaping the ambulatory care service, working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to develop clinical pathways, optimise treatment delivery, and enhance patient outcomes.
We are seeking a pharmacist with significant cancer services experience and a strong understanding of ambulatory care models.
Experience within haematology services, including Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and/or CAR‑T therapy, would be highly advantageous.
The post offers an excellent opportunity to influence service design from the outset while developing advanced clinical practice skills within a supportive and forward‑thinking team.
As an equal opportunities employer actively working towards a diverse workforce we aim to recruit and retain a workforce which represents the rich diversity of the local population at all levels and are committed to designing our services around the needs of individual patients and those around them.
