About the Role - Welwyn Garden City As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with PMLD, many of whom have significant physical disabilities, complex medical needs, and communication difficulties. Your role will focus on providing personalised, hands-on support, ensuring every pupil can engage in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will play a vital role in supporting not just learning, but also communication, sensory development, mobility, and personal care.
