Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking estate agency, is looking for a Head of Property Management to lead their team in the Milton Keynes area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management and a solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation. Working hours:
As Head of Property Management, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week
The successful Head of Property Management will be offered:
1. Up to £39,000 basic
2. OTE up to £49,000!

To be considered for the role of Head of Property Management, you must have:
7. Previous Property Manager experience is essential
8. ARLA qualified desirable
9. Highly organised and has a positive work ethic
10. Ability to work well under pressure
11. Organise and manage your time and workload
12. Computer literate
13. Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
14. Upbeat personality and strong work ethic
15. Clean UK Driving license
As Head of Property Management, your role will involve:
16. Conducting property inspections and overseeing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
17. Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
18. Negotiating tenancy renewals and extensions
19. Handling deposit returns in line with regulations
20. Managing rental arrears and resolving disputes
21. Processing eviction requests where necessary
22. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
23. Managing a team of property managers
24. Monitoring and supporting team performance through regular one-to-ones
25. Ensuring the business remains risk-averse and fully compliant with all relevant regulations
