Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking estate agency, is looking for a Head of Property Management to lead their team in the Milton Keynes area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management and a solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, driving team performance, and ensuring full compliance, this could be the perfect role for you.

Working hours:

As Head of Property Management, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week

The successful Head of Property Management will be offered:

1. Up to £39,000 basic DOE
2. OTE up to £50,000!
3. Company car or car allowance
4. Ongoing training & support
5. Career progression
6. Full funding and support for relevant industry qualifications

To be considered for the role of Head of Property Management, you must have:

7. Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience is essential (Must be recent)
8. ARLA qualified desirable
9. Highly organised and has a positive work ethic
10. Ability to work well under pressure
11. Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
12. Organise and manage your time and workload
13. Computer literate
14. Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
15. Upbeat personality and strong work ethic
16. Clean UK Driving license

As Head of Property Management, your role will involve:

17. Conducting property inspections and overseeing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
18. Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
19. Negotiating tenancy renewals and extensions
20. Handling deposit returns in line with regulations
21. Managing rental arrears and resolving disputes
22. Processing eviction requests where necessary
23. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
24. Managing a team of property managers
25. Monitoring and supporting team performance through regular one-to-ones
26. Ensuring the business remains risk-averse and fully compliant with all relevant regulations
