About the Role
As an Insurance Administrator, youll play a crucial role in managing insurance claims, monitoring data, and ensuring risk is minimised through accurate reporting and effective use of telematics. Youll be responsible for coordinating with drivers, insurers, and brokers, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all accidents are reported within 48 hours on the insurance portal
2. Raise invoices within 24 hours
3. Check vehicle cameras daily and ensure footage is reviewed as needed
4. Analyse and act upon driving behaviour data from telematics systems
5. Regularly review speeding offences, highlight high-risk drivers, and take necessary action
