About the Role We are recruiting passionate Construction Lecturers to deliver accredited vocational courses across Further Education colleges in the North. You will play a key role in equipping learners with the practical skills, technical knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in industry. We are particularly interested in Lecturers with experience in: Bricklaying Electrical Installation Multi-Skills Plumbing & Gas Plastering Carpentry & Joinery Construction Plant Operations HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) Fabrication & Welding Renewable Technologies CAD Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess engaging vocational lessons Coordinate teaching and assessment in line with curriculum requirements Work collaboratively with Heads of School and curriculum teams Act as a class tutor, supporting learners academically and pastorally Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment What We’re Looking For Occupational competence within your specialist trade Relevant industry qualifications Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Experience delivering vocational training (desirable) Passion for supporting and motivating young people Safeguarding: Visions Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
