Regulation & Enforcement is a statutory service that consists of many different services such as Environmental Health, Trading Standards, Markets, Licensing, Bereavement services, Animal Welfare, Pest Control, Coroners, Illegal Money Lending, and many more. Behind every great service is a great Business Support Team, and this is where you come in.
Just some of what you can expect to be doing:
* Shared mailbox management
* Finance - processing of Purchase Orders / Invoices
* Investigative system-based interrogation of databases to help resolve business queries
* Service-specific data input & job creation using multiple IT platforms
About you
You will need to be an experienced business admin professional who is proactive, able to use your own initiative, and confident in making suggestions to improve, implement, and drive change. You should be resilient in your approach and capable of supporting a large service area by ensuring associated business support tasks are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.

The expectation is that you will be a trouble-shooter, confident in your approach, and able to effectively communicate with a varied range of stakeholders with ease. You should be used to working in a fast-paced environment while being able to meticulously investigate and solve problems that arise throughout the week, utilising your fantastic organisational skills to ensure everything is completed to a high standard.
