Orka Financial is partnering with a growing company based in Wallingford who are seeking to hire a Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team.
Responsibilities
* Download Invoices from suppliers in mailbox to invoices Folder
* Check the different supplier portals we have for Invoices and download them to the invoices folder
* Add the invoice details to weekly payables so that it is up to date
* Reconcile statements when received and requesting invoice copies where missing
* Sending remittances and completing forms when requests received.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Experienced in a varied transactional position.
