Chairman's Executive Assistant
Central Oxford | Office-based, 5 days per week
c. £60,000 D.O.E.
One of our private clients is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a Chairman and senior leadership team within a busy and fast-paced Chairman's Office in central Oxford.
This is a pivotal role for a polished, proactive EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys operating at the most senior level. You will act as a key coordination point for the Chairman's professional commitments while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The Role
Extensive and complex diary management, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and frequently changing priorities
Acting as the central coordination point for the Chairman's schedule and administrative matters
Coordinating meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up actions
Providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman, Chief of Staff, and senior team
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Chairman's Office
Managing correspondence, documents, and records
Handling financial administration, including expenses, invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with budget tracking and expense management
The Candidate
Significant experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or senior executive in an Executive Assistant capacity
Experience working for UHNWIs and/or Family Office experience preferred
Outstanding organisation and diary management skills
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
