?A growing and dynamic organisation in Redcar is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its expanding finance team. This role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and business-wide decision-making, making it perfect for newly qualified accountants, finalists, or anyone with strong analytical and finance experience looking to step into a business-facing finance role.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and variances)
* Provide weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis
* Monitor revenue, utilisation, and costs against forecasts and budgets
* Manage fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments
* Conduct advanced Excel-based analysis and reporting
* Support finance system and software implementations
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
Skills & Experience
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
* Practice background is advantageous but not essential
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
* Interest in influencing business decisions and driving financial performance
