Salary: £95 - £115 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Are you a dedicated Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school setting? A vibrant primary school in Lambeth, just a short walk from Streatham Common Station, is seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to support students in managing their behaviour and improving their engagement with learning.
The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural needs.
Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement behaviour intervention strategies.
Support students in developing social, emotional, and self-regulation skills.
Help to create a positive and structured learning environment.
Act as a role model and mentor, encouraging positive choices and resilience.
What We're Looking For
Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
