Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Part Time Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Fitness Coach you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through tailored exercise plans and guidance. You will engage with our members and support them to get the most out of their training. You will undertake various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the club including reception and admin duties.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalised workout routines based on clients' fitness levels and objectives
* Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and form
* Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
* Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness routines
* Undertake general duties to include reception, membership queries, selling products, cleaning and maintaining standards
Skills & Qualifications
* Level 2 Fitness Instructor or equivalent
* In depth knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
* Previous experience would be advantageous
