Randstad Education is recruiting a proactive and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a vibrant and supportive school in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers and flourish in the classroom.
What Youll Do
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Encourage active participation and build student confidence.
* Assist students with behavioural challenges and learning development.
* Support students with general classroom activities, displays, and creative tasks.
* Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
What Were Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEN environment.
* A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness ).
* Legal RTW in the UK and willing to work long:term full:time for 5 days a week.
